Each company in KOA Group (the "Group") shall comply with the followings.
The Group requires its business partners and customers to understand and comply with the followings.

The Group shall comply with international and social norms and all applicable laws and regulations and conducts business activities based on high ethical standards.
- Anti-corruption
The Group must not provide or accept any promises, propositions, or approvals as a means of obtaining bribes or any other illicit or inappropriate bene fit.
The Group shall implement monitoring, record keeping, and enforcement procedures to ensure compliance with anti-corruption laws .

- Prohibiting inappropriate provision and improper benefit
The Group must not provide or accept any promises, propositions, or approvals as a means of obtaining bribes or any other illicit or inappropriate benefit .
- Avoidance of conflicts of interest
The Group shall ensure that business decisions are made in the interest of the company. This means that business decisions are made free of any conflicts of interest with private interests including but not limited to financial interests .
- Appropriate use of company’s asset
The Group shall not use the assets or funds of the company for personal benefit.
- Severing ties with antisocial forces
The Group shall not support the activities of any antisocial forces and organizations.
- Money laundering prevention
The Group shall comply with the legal requirements for the prevention of money laundering and does not engage in money laundering activities.
Money laundering means that assets from criminal transactions are circulated through further business activities.

- Appropriate accounting process
The Group shall abide by relevant laws and company regulations in making entries to accounting books and vouchers.
The Group shall never make fallacious or fictitious entries and shall never create off-the-book assets or liabilities.

The Group shall disclose information regarding labor, health and safety, environmental activities, business activities, organizational structure, financial situation, and performance according to applicable laws and regulations and industry practice s.
The Group shall not falsify any record or disclose false information.
The Group shall not engage in insider trading by taking advantage of the information obtained at work.

The Group shall engage in fair business, competition, and advertising.
The Group shall not tolerate any antitrust violations or the prevention of fair competition.
In the selection of suppliers, the Group shall give them fair business opportunities, and select the suppliers fairly, and offer them contract terms that are in full compliance with the laws governing subcontracting.
Under any circumstances, the Group shall never illegally acquire and use the trade secrets of other companies.

- Protecting Whistleblowers
The Group implements “KOA Hotline” which is a consultation service to understand facts and concerns of injustice, illegality or unethical behavior and to promote the compliance of the Group .
The Group must protect the confidentiality of information regarding whistleblowing and the anonymity of whistleblowers and avoid retaliations towards whistleblowers.
