HSG73P-AT series achieves high reliability in a high temperature environment

KOA’s HSG73P-AT improves heat withstanding and heat shock resistance by enhancing material and structure of endured pulse power flat chip resistor SG73P series.
This HSG73P-AT series has high heat resistance up to +175℃ and passed 1,000 cycles of -55 °C/+175 °C heat shock tests (⊿R≦1%). The product is endurable up to 10% of its rated power at the maximum operating temperature of 175°C and is suitable for the applications under the harsh environment, like an integrated mechanical/electrical in-vehicle unit.
HSG73P-AT can be replaceable with smaller components, contributing to reducing mounting space.
