■Easy to achieve higher ohmic values through adjusting the value by laser trimming.
■±75×10⁻⁶/K achieved with lower resistive materials
■Clad joining (Cold pressure welding) of Cu electrode on the plate bulk resistive alloy
■Easy to achieve lower ohmic values due to large CSA of the resistive element
■Higher precision (±50×10⁻⁶/K~)achieved with lower T.C.R. alloy (Less than 100×10⁻⁶/K)for Resistive element
